The Tremec TKO-600 called for an initial break-in which we did on a hoist. Then immediatly changed the oil and ran for 200 miles with fresh oil. Changed the oil and ran 1,000 before changing it again. This is 2 extra changes of oil over and above the factory recommended changes.  Since then the transmission although calling for normal service changes at 25,000 miles has been changed each season, about 6,000 mile intervials. The picture below shows a Tremec with the shifter in our location, the most rearward.

The driveshaft loop is NRHA approved and made by Spohn, its an easy bolt in take out item. http://www.spohn.net/shop/1982-1992-GM-F-Body/Chassis/Driveshaft-Loop-Bolt-In/

The U-Joints are 1350 rear and 1350 front Spicer shortened on a balanced  driveshaft. Driveshaft replaced April, 2009 with a DOM 3" x .083" x 48.75"  unit. Mark Williams rates this shaft as nitrious ready to 1,350 HP.

The rear differential is set at a 2 degree downward pinion angle, and had the same multi oil change and very fussy break-in proceedure as the transmission. The rear end uses Red-line synthetic oil, the Transmission GM syncomesh oils.

Clutch is a manual fork and throwout bearing configuration. All parts from the pedal onward are new parts, nothing is original and worn old parts.  We are using a centerforce standard weight flywheel but have the highest rated ARP bolts.

Clutch is a centerforce dual friction II http://centerforce.com/clutches.tpl?cart=1120862036124873&subsection=clutchtypes

The bellhousing is by Centerforce as well, and we used Lakewood offset dowls to dial in the bellhousing to the input shft.

The clutch operation, with the light pedal feel is excellent.
